El arenal es un sitio turístico en la Fortuna de San Carlos, es súper majestuoso con la vista del Volcán Arenal justo detrás y conecta con Tilarán, en el lago se realizan varias actividades deportivas , como kayak, Jetski, Pádel y más. Si van a realizarlas siempre chequeen el clima antes, ya que en muchas épocas llueve y tiende a haber oleaje . We were looking to take out the kayaks but the water was a bit rough so Christian took us on a relaxing ride on his pontoon boat. We saw sloths and birds and iguanas.
